Privacy notice
BGPD Labs operates this site and limits collection to information needed for requested follow-up, optional communications and consented measurement.
Information you choose to provide
The diagnostic form collects name, email, organization, optional website, country, industry, diagnostic area, business problem, current tools or channels, urgency, estimated budget, focused answers, optional additional context and contact consent. The insights-interest form collects email, optional name, optional area of interest and communications consent. Neither form accepts file uploads.
Why it is used
Diagnostic information is used to review and follow up on the request. Insights-interest information is used only for optional BGPD Labs tools, field notes and practical insights. Optional communications consent may be withdrawn at any time using the privacy contact below.
Service providers and technical data
Netlify hosts the site and processes and stores native form submissions. Normal hosting can involve IP address, browser and device information, request timestamps and security logs. Service-provider processing may occur outside your country.
Analytics choices
Google Analytics 4 loads only on bgpdlabs.com or www.bgpdlabs.com after analytics consent. Analytics, advertising storage and advertising personalization are denied by default. Rejecting analytics does not block forms, tools, maps or navigation. BGPD Labs does not send ITH coordinates, calculation values, names, emails, organizations, websites or free-text form responses to GA4.
ITH and map data
ITH coordinates and calculation requests go directly to the configured BGPD Labs staging API when a calculation is requested; they are not form submissions or GA4 event fields. OpenStreetMap receives normal network information and the approximate map area only after a visitor activates the map.
Sharing, sale and retention
BGPD Labs does not sell personal information. Diagnostic submissions are retained for up to 24 months from receipt and may be deleted sooner when the information is no longer needed or when a valid deletion request applies.
Insights-interest records are retained while communications consent remains active. After consent is withdrawn, those records are deleted or anonymized. They are also removed after 24 months of inactivity unless a legitimate operational reason requires a shorter retention period.
Other technical and security records are retained only while reasonably needed for their stated operational purpose, then deleted or de-identified.
Your choices and requests
You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information and may withdraw optional communications consent at any time. Do not include additional sensitive information in your request. The diagnostic route remains available for general commercial inquiries, but it is not the only privacy mechanism.
